Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS.com or UPS.com. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@esnsupply.store.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI). International shipping is not currently available. We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
